Dihydrogen sulfate form of the weakly basic antibiotic Nourseothricin consisting of components F, E and D. Effective against gram negative and gram positive bacteria. Also effective against mycobacteria, mycoplasms, protozoa, yeasts, viruses and plants. Commonly used as a selection agent for recombinant yeast strains. Soluble in water. Store at 2-8°C.
