Details

    YPD Agar 333ml Capsules

    • Peptone: 20 g/l
    • Dextrose: 20 g/l
    • Yeast Extract: 10 g/l
    • Agar: 15 g/l

    Add capsules to one liter distilled water and heat until completely dissolved. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes.
