Murashige & Skoog Medium with MES Buffer
Basal salt mixture containing micro and macro elements as described by Murashige and Skoog (1962). MES buffer 500 mg/L added to prevent acidification during cultivation. Supplied as powder. Package contains 4.9 grams of powder per liter of medium. Soluble in water. Store at 2-8°C.
