• Ammonium Sulfate: 5 g/L
• Mono-K Phosphate: 1 g/L
• Magnessium Sulfate: 0.5 g/L
• Calcium Chloride: 0.1 g/L
• Sodium Chloride: 0.1 g/L
• Histidine HCl: 10 mg/L
• Methionine: 20 mg/L
• Tryptophan: 0.02 mg/L
• Inositol: 2 mg/L

For classifying yeasts based on amino acid and carbohydrates requirements. Contains all essential vitamins and inorganic salts necessary for the cultivation of yeasts. Excludes histidine methionine, tryptophan and carbon source. Product also contains <1mg/L each of vitamins and trace inorganic salt. Soluble in water. Store at room temperature.
