Yeast Nitrogen Base without Amino Acids & Ammonium Sulfate
For classifying yeasts based on amino acid and carbohydrate requirements. Contains all essential vitamins and inorganic salts necessary for the cultivation of yeasts. Excludes histidine, methionine, tryptophan, carbon and nitrogen source. Also Contains <1 mg/l each of vitamins and trace inorganic salts. Soluble in water. Store at room temperature.
